1. GET TO KNOW

To get a full picture of your challenge we start with doing workshops, interviews and an analysis, to figure out the organisation’s change readiness, the target groups’ needs, the obstacles and possibilities.

2. STRATEGY & CONCEPT

With the help of the data and the insights we are ready to create a new creative change communication and training concept.

3. PRODUCTION & LAUNCH

We move from theory, sketches and ideas, to practice, and create hands-on examples. Use different channels and types of communication, such as posters, mails, mugs, videos, intranet, presentations, and more. The launch process is key, and it is important to get the communication right.

4. FOLLOW UP

Measure the change against agreed KPIs such as for example support calls, support costs, number of users, or time to adopt change. Successful Change Communication comes from keeping an ear to the ground, following up and measuring the activities.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE RECEIVERS

It’s essential to understand the situation of the receivers and what emotional stage they are in. What stage an individual is in affects how receptive he or she is to different kinds of communication, and the communication must be adapted accordingly.
